Lead Qualification & Audit

Before we accept any engagement, we conduct a brief qualification review. We look at your current tools, team structure, goals, and timeline. This ensures we are the right fit and that the project is scoped correctly from the outset — not halfway through. You receive an honest assessment, even if that means recommending a different starting point.

Strategy

Strategy Call & Proposal

A focused 60-minute call with your primary point of contact. We map your desired outcomes to a specific set of deliverables, agree on a timeline, and define success metrics. Within 48 hours, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price, clear scope, and milestone structure. No ambiguous retainers, no scope creep by design.

Onboard

Client Onboarding

Once engaged, we move through a structured onboarding — gathering credentials, data, brand assets, and requirements in a single session. We set up your shared workspace (project board, communication channel, document repository) and brief the pod assigned to your project. The build clock does not start until onboarding is complete and signed off.

Phase 04
Build

Build Sprint (14-Day)

Our delivery pod executes the build in a focused, time-boxed sprint. For CRM projects, this is a 14-business-day cycle. For custom software, we work in milestone-based sprints agreed at proposal stage. You receive progress updates at defined intervals, and all in-progress work is visible in the shared workspace. Mid-sprint scope changes are captured and repriced transparently — they never quietly inflate the delivery.

Handoff

QA & Handoff

Before delivery, every project goes through a structured QA checklist: functional testing, edge-case verification, performance checks, and documentation review. We then conduct a live walkthrough with your team — explaining every component, automation, and integration. You receive complete ownership of everything we built: source files, credentials, and a written operations guide.

Retain

Retain & Expand

Post-handoff, clients have the option to continue on a Growth Partner Retainer or Software Maintenance plan. This is not upselling — it is a structured, value-defined continuation. You get a dedicated pod, a monthly build sprint, and continuous optimisation. Retainer clients receive priority access for new builds and a fixed monthly scope with no hidden charges.
